RETURN POLICY: Manifest Direct Marketing, LLC (MDM) has a STRICT NO REFUND POLICY on orders for leads paid. Once payment is received for lead generation services the payment is final. What you pay for lead generation services is immediately applied to locating and acquiring data, marketing/advertising, payroll, and tech integration. MDM will always complete an order that is paid for; however, MDM does not make any promises or guarantees around hourly, daily, weekly, and/or monthly minimum quotas and/or concurrencies. MDM will always do its best to meet client’s requests and expectations while the client is also responsible for the filters they select which can impact and dictate the results and outcome of the campaign. MDM is not responsible for campaigns that take longer than expected as a result of those filters. MDM will do its best to provide industry insight and experience to advise you on which filters will best suit your campaign to get the results desired. You understand by submitting payment on our website or by any other means for lead generation services and live transfers that MDM will never issue a refund and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. The purchase of any leads or services, as well as data is AT YOUR OWN RISK. While MDM is TCPA and FDNC compliant, data orders placed are subject to the above. Additionally, if data records are purchased, MDM is not responsible for DNC and TCPA violations or complaints if the data is used and a complaint should surface. MDM does not guarantee specific results for any data records purchased.


LEADS OUT OF FILTER: MDM will always replace any lead transferred via phone if that lead is out of filter and the client could not close the sale as a result of a non-qualified lead being transferred. Please notify us of any lead returns within 24-hours of the lead being transferred by emailing the name, phone number, and reason for return to Returns@ManifestDirect.com. MDM quality assurance will respond with the findings and process the return crediting your account within 24-hours if the return is deemed valid. If requested, recordings can be provided when available. Any attempts to return leads outside of the 24-Hour Return Processing Window will not be considered for return. Outside of 24-Hours the call is billable. NO EXCEPTIONS.


MISSED CALLS: Our agent will attempt to call you back (2) times. If after the second attempt the call is not answered the agent will attempt to leave a voice message and post the lead over. If two missed call attempts were completed during the assigned call hours set by you, the client, the call will be considered billable and charged to your account.


*ALL RETURNS ARE BASED ON AUDIO EVIDENCE FROM RECORDED CALLS CONSISTING OF THE CONSUMERS RESPONSES TO THE QUALIFYING QUESTIONS OTHERWISE KNOWN AS FILTERS ASKED BY A MANIFEST DIRECT MARKETING AGENT PRIOR TO TRANSFER. THIS AUDIO EVIDENCE CAN BE LOCATED AND ACQUIRED IN THE FRONT END RECORDING OF THE CALL TRANSFERRED. MDM RESERVES THE RIGHT TO RECORD BOTH THE FRONT AND BACK END RECORDINGS OF EVERY CALL MADE.
